For dinner last night. I marinated a ribeye and a top sirloin in some home made teriyaki, and the salmon I used olive oil, ginger, garlic and soy sauce. Whipped up some fried rice rice to go along.

I started the rice while I was waiting for the coals to get hot for the Smokey Joe;

It all turned out real good, and it gave me an excuse to play with my new grill:-D.

KC you cook as much as I do and it always looks good!!! I haven't seen any oyster flavored sauce, going to have to look that up!
 
Wow, nicely done. I am a big fan or teppan fried rice and yakisoba, that Blackstone looks like it would be perfect for that
