Who edited my title? I admit it could've been a bit more descriptive but all those exclamation points makes it look like I'm jumping up and down like a girl!!!!!! And recipe is spelled wrong too.
I just wanted to quietly tell Jeff his recipe was a good one.

Looks like a very good recipe. I have some frozen Smoked Brisket in cryovac that I was looking for something to do with. I'm going to give your recipe a try. Thanks Jeff in KC and Kirk.
