In brief, my bros and I wanted to take my mom out to dinner for her bday but she refused and said I'd rather have you cook any day over dining out. I said I'll be more than happy to do it.

I also got to try the new Cowboy Premium charcoal. It totally resembles Royal Oak.

Here it is

Here's what it looks like. If it wasn't for the bag you'd think it was RO

Fired up the PBC for the wild boar ribs and the pork belly

Set up the LSG oven for direct grilling

Loaded up the LSG with Royal Oak (Pic to compare the RO and Cowboy Premium)

Wild boar ribs

Sakura Farms pork belly (very tender comapred to what I'm used to)

Lamb Chops and Wagyu Sirloin

PBC naturally fired up a bit earlier for the pork belly and boar ribs. Really liking the Cowboy premium as you can see.

Almost time to pull the ribs and belly

Fired up the LSG to grill the beef and lamb

Oh yeah babe!

Coming along nicely

Sampled the Wagyu and it was off the hook. A lot more rare than the pic BTW

Pulling time

Warmed up some Naan bread for the the bread lovers

Sampled the belly also :becky: Outstanding!

Plated up with my mom's meat and rice stuffed pepper, eggplant, grape leaves. She still made something.

The wild boar ribs were excellent as well. I've had wild boar chops before but not the ribs.

Thank for looking guys!

PS Really like the new Cowboy. Burns nice and hot and not a lot of dust in the bag compated to other brands.

Wow!! Excellent feast Sako! Everything looks over the top good.
Did I mention you can cook for my birthday anytime? lol
Great post! Belated Happy Birthday to your Mom. :thumb:

Wow, looks great Sako. I especially love the color and spices on the following picture. Looks loaded with flavor and juices.

I am definitely going to have to look for some of those skewers. They seem to fit great across the box and have room for the ends to be a little cooler. Can you give the dimensions on them?

Thanks Terry!! The spices were fairly simple with mostly EVOO, SPOG, oregano and paprika but it tastes delicious. The meats were prepped by a buthcer shop/deli store I go to. He will have meat seasoned his way or you can ask him to season it with whatever ingredients you'd like.

The skewers just make it easier to flip for grilling and the meat comes out uniform. I use the skewers a lot if you haven't already noticed. :becky:

Awesome cook! Looks like it was a great celebration for your mom! Great work! I'd love a plate of it all!

Once again, another happy meal made with love.

Completely fantastic, and off the charts! :thumb:
