I teamed up with my Friend Jim McCoin and his team "Big Daddy Q" for next week in Lebanon, TN. I will be cooking Ribs & Pork and he will be cooking Brisket & Chicken. Any of you guys goin?

Besides the fact that it's a very well organized contest, and as a result it's alot of fun. And, I still think they only allow 54 teams, and much like Dillard, they are picky on the judges, which means it's not an outright crap shoot. It's tied to the Wilson County Fair, which is one of the highest attended fairs in the country. The crowds are staggering, upwards of 30,000 plus on Friday night alone if I'm not mistaken.
