There is a Vets vs Noob throwdown happening.
This Noob is going with something different.

Lit a full chimney of Kingsford and dumped it into the Weber Baskets.

1.5lbs or Red potato's covered in EVOO wrapped tightly in HD foil.
Cooked that for 20 minutes.
Flipped that over and added corn. This went for another 15 minutes. Running @400 degrees

Took them off and placed them in a 200 oven to keep warm.
Added more charcoal and let that burn off a little. Still want to keep the grill HOT for the next phase.

Seasoned up the lobster and Jumbos shrimps with a little EVOO and S&P.
Shrimps were deveined with shell left on.

Clams went on direct heat, lobster indirect. Cooked that for 7 minutes.
Then added the shrimps for 3-5 minutes.

This was really tasty and simple to make.
Thanks for looking!

Outstanding Sam! I love seafood, need to give this a try. Thanks for the post!

Bravo, Sam!

One question -- how do you get indirect heat in a kettle grill? Because of bowl shape it seems difficult to me to be able to get all the charcoal piled up on one side to maintain two separate heat zones.
