Talking A little cooking while on vacation pRon heavy

Had a stay at home vacation and had a chance for a nice couple of cooks with some much needed R&R. I will be adding these to the Throwdown for the Vets. Thanks for looking.

Dan

Nice couple of ribeyes for the mrs and I and of coarse an adult beverage.

Taters and shrooms coming along nicely.

The money shot!

Next cook chuckie for pulled beef sammies.

The mini ready and waiting.

Looking good!

4 hours in and ready for the DO

A beverage

A few hours later

A late dinner but worth it.

Nice couple of cooks there! I also like to take a week off and just relax and do nothing but smoke a few meals.

Looks great! Is that a pizza pan that you did the taters and mushrooms in?

Thank you and yes it is, I started the taters and mushrooms in foil packs and finished them on the pizza pan.
