We did wind up trying some of the tater salad with sour cream and a little crumbled feta and chopped walnuts. Yep. 'Twere pretty good.

Since my picnic is tomorrow I just threw my shoulders in the smoker with apple and hickory wood.



The one one the left was injected with apple butter and rubbed with sweet seduction & spicy apple. Right one was rubbed with yardbird.



They will party all night while I sleep!
