Default Tri tip cost

Hi guys,
I live in Pennsylvania and was going to do tri tips this weekend
Local butchers were either 10 or 11.99 per pound,
Seemed awfully steep to me. What is everyone paying in their areas.
Thank you.

I would say $10 is steep.
