Hello BBQ Bretheren!

My name is Christos and I am the new owner of a WSM. I've been smoking meats for 4 years using cheap barrel smokers. After countless hours of frustrating smoking experiences, I've decided to step up and get a WSM.

Looking forward to soaking up some information and contributing.
 
Welcome Christos! IME you can't go wrong with a WSM. I have nothing but good food come off that cooker. It's easy to learn with and really consistent once you know your cooker.
