Default pulled pork and chicken

hi all,
i was asked to smoke some pulled chicken and pulled pork for a bbq.
there will be 50 to 75 people coming.
i am thinking 3 butts and a 40 pound case of bone in chicken thighs.
does that sound about right?
the crowd will probably be mostly men and everyone is suppose to bring there own sides.

Well the 3 butts will yield you about 12 pounds of finished product.
At 4 ozs. per person.. that gets me 48 sandwiches. 3 oz gets you 60 ish.
So not everyone will get pork. Not sure how many thighs = 40 pounds,
I'm guessing 120 pcs. or so. I'd throw another butt on there at least.

For me I'd do 46lbs raw pork and I would do a mix and thighs and drumsticks, say 55 drumsticks and 30 thighs.
