Default Perfect day to smoke some fattys

Ok so living out here in Vegas, everyday is a great day to smoke... Anywho, I haven't smoked a fatty since my first smoke so I wanted to see if I can replicate the success of last time or maybe make it even better... I'm getting the rub down but I'm having a hard time finding a great bbq sauce... I've found some good-decent ones but I haven't found the one that blew me away yet... Enough of me rambling on, hope yall enjoy the pics.
