Hello, I look forward to learning the lingo and becoming a better smoker. I am looking at UDSs that have been built and I am planning on building one soon.
 
Welcome!!! Made my first trip to Arkansas last week; flew in to Little Rock and did work in El Dorado. Beautiful country. Great forum. All the members are nice and knowledgeable. You will learn a lot!
 
Welcome to the Brethren. Whether they know it or not, these guys have taught me more about smoking meat and doing BBQ than you can even imagine. There is always a thread dealing with something that you need to know. And when you follow their advice, you'll see the proof of their knowledge in the pudding! Good luck with your cooks.
