This is my first post. I've been grilling for myself since I realized that my dad's burnt burgers weren't the only way to cook things. Not to badmouth my dad, since he also introduced me to the first true bbq I ever had off of his brand new kettle smoker. I bought my first pit about 6 years ago and I've been hooked ever since. I'm going to head over to Q-Talk now and post some pictures of today's cook.
