Default What my Sunday looked like

Woke up this morning knowing I wanted to throw something on the smoker, but not sure what. Went to the store and found a pork loin. Came home and threw it on the UDS around 2 for dinner at 4.

Pork loin came out beautiful, but about a half an hour early.

So....I went looking for some more protein so those hot coals would not go to waste. Wings are always the answer.

Grabbed some sauce. Mild and BBQ for the kiddos and Jamaican Jerk for Dad.

Looking good right here.
Often times I cook up a storm on Sundays and give the 5 boys across the street
ribs, PP, ABT's, they are eating machines.

Who doesn't love cooking a bunch up on Sundays???

Thanks. It was the first time I had tried a pork loin and I was pretty happy with how it came out. Had my parent's over and the neighbor kid came over so there was not much left :)
