Hello fellow brethren. I need ur quick advice. Im kinda a newbie at this. Today I went to Mi Pueblo and bought their BBQ ribs. Went home seasoned and threw those bad boys on the grill at 250-275F. Pulled them at 180F. Is that too high for ribs? How long do they have to rest? Im getting hungry
![]() thanks for your opinions ![]() ![]()

Rest?
They are good to go, eat those suckers. I don't use temps on ribs myself. i always go with the bend method. Hold them in the middle, let them bend on each end. When they start to separate, yank 'em

Thanks.... Those ribs r already gone .... Couldn't wait any longer...meat pink and pulled right off the bone.... I guess the wrap and rest thing is only for large cuts of meat.
