Default Early Easter Dinner (w/PrOn)

Let it not be said that I never cooked a side dish. Boneless leg of lamb, beef ribs, spinach risotto, cranberry sauce and some tzatziki sauce. To my surprise, my wife let me do everything (except the tzatziki which she did yesterday) including smoking the lamb. Normally holiday cooks are her domain.
