Hi everyone. I'm Corey from Central Illinois.

I've been smoking for for about 5-6 years now but by no means an expert.

I've recently inherited a homemade offset smoker trailer which is a HUGE upgrade from the small offset Char-Griller I started with. This year, I'm hoping to hit up a competition or two for the first time.
