Default Brethren Inspired Sunday Dinner... Part II

Last week I made Phil's tomato sauce - and got rave reviews.

Today, I was inspired by Saiko's Chicken Souvlaki and Cowgirl's home made Pitas...

The Pita's - used a recipe from King Arthur Flour

So easy and so good.

The accoutrement...

Marinated boneless skinless chicken thighs in Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette... then grilled...

Along with some Tadziki... not home made this time..

The final product..

One of the many dishes I would probably have never made had I not been part of this "online forum". You guys rock and have certainly upped my cooking game.

Thanks for looking.

LMAJ aka ellymae...

Looks great. I might have to try that and use my Habanero Lime Crema instead of the Tadziki. Hey, it has some garlic in it too.

Wow that looks good. I love pitas stuffed most anything. My favorite is Tri-Tip, Tzatziki, red onion, red bell pepper, tomato and mini dill pickles. Now I'm hungry again.
