Default Ribs and Chicken (PRON)

The results of todays efforts:

Ribs just put on the smoke

Off after a few hours

All three slabs were rubbed differently and presented to friends for taste testing. The middle slab was definitely the favorite.

Testing a new comp chicken method

This is my best effort at chicken so far. I didn't pay much attention to the shape today as I was more focused on the skin and taste and tenderness for this one. The skin was almost, but not quite, crispy. All of it was easily bite through.
