Default Carnitas Pron (not grilled)

Made some Carnitas for dinner with a simple Pico de Gailo and some of a friend's Habanero Lime Crema. Tender, juicy, and spicy. Just like I like it...

Now, if I could figure out how to do this on the Weber...

I tried once to smoke a Mexican flavored pork butt, but that failed. Was edible, but just tasted off...
