Default First cook with post in a loooong time..

I've sadly been away from the brethren website for a number of months. Life got really busy and time for posting pics and telling stories of my cooking adventures shrank to null.

BUT ALAS! I am back with a tasty post!

STL cut spares and a small almost-boneless pork butt. Cooked at around 325 the butt for about 4 and a half hours and the ribs for about 2 and half. Butt was rubbed with R Butts R Smokin' Ozark Heat rub and the ribs with Plowboys Yardbird. Nothing was sauced or foiled during the cook. All done on the trusty Big Ugly UDS.

Enjoy the rest!

**No foil was harmed in the making of this grub**

It's amazing what you can do with a big ole ugly drum smoker! Long cook time, incredible flavor and great looking Q!
