JUst wanted to check in with everyone, and let you know that the Bandera struck again! Lexington, Ky... The Blaze BBq competition, 25 big 16 foot trailers...1 Bandera. 1st place ameteur division, 1st place overall Grand champion, 1 hillbilly and the smoker that was recomended by all of you "the Bandera Brethren!" Won $3,000.00, but more importantly braggin' rights! I don't post often, but do follow regularly. Thank all of you for your tips, hints and recomendations! It was fun watchin all of the big boys shake their heads in disbelief! Happy Father's Day and Thanks Again!

Ain't a damn thing wrong with using a 'dera at a contest....first one we ever did we took second in pork and third in brisket using a 'dera!
