Default Spirited Boneless Rib Eye on the Chimney

We had a couple boneless rib eyes marinating so we adjusted the cook plan to enter the current Throwdown
Rib eyes were already soaking in a mesquite / Bloody Mary mix
Here are the main players – Meat, Beer, Lump, and a Weber chimney
Attachment 93874
The Beer is Ninkasi Sleighr seasonal special
Attachment 93875
Added the beer to the Rib eyes to soak a few hours
Attachment 93876
The rest of the Beer is for Me!
Attachment 93877
Got some K-Bobs, Asparagus from the garden, and some cheese stuffed shrooms on the Pooper
Attachment 93878
MSD made some HDD Deviled Eggs! (I love these!)
Attachment 93879
The Cheese filled Shrooms are lookin good
Attachment 93880
Rib eye flame kissed on the Weber Chimney
Attachment 93881
The Rib Eye is almost done
Attachment 93882
Plated with all the players
Attachment 93883
Here is the side shot of the Rib Eye!
Attachment 93884
Cooking on a chimney of lump is hot and fast for sure
The Rib eyes was very good. The dark Beer added a different dimension and complemented our normal marinade very nicely. I will try this again

Thanks for lookin!
