Default Kung Pao Chicken Noodle

Did some wok work outside today. It actually got up to the 50's today! Woohoo!

Stir Fry time....Ingredients

Sauce ingredients include the following, plus a little sugar.

Chili's with green onion and garlic.

With chicken and sauce added in...

Spinach in...

Plated...

Close Up.

It was delicious! But those little chili's are best left alone at the end.

Look great man.
I got dared one time at a Chinese restaurant to eat one of those peppers lets just say there
wasn't enough water in the joint to put out the fire in my mouth.

Oh, my! That looks FANTASTIC! Well done!

I usually eat about 2 or 3 of the peppers with my Kung Pao or General Tso's chicken, although I cut them in half so I can pace the fiery onslaught!
