Not sure yet, if it turns out that I'm not teaching a motorcycle class then I'll find some sort of meat to go over charcoal, probably some whole chicken practice. If I am teaching, then probably nothing. :(

I've got six racks of ribs to put on along with some MOINK balls and abts. Might try to make some faux burnt ends with some of the rib trimmings as well.

I have some Ribeye's that I'm going to reverse sear with a little Mesquite smoke. Probably throw some potatoes on the rack as well.

Two 10lb butts on the 22", Prep the muffin pan thighs tonight and slide them on the 18.5" tomorrow. Gonna set up the "Jumbo Tron projector" and watch the NCAA hoops on the back patio! Life is good.
