Bingo!! You nailed those spares! Had some today from a local Q joint in the area, and they were good, but yours look much more delectable, and would put them out of business if offered. Good job on the drum!

I've gotten away from the 3-2-1 method on the UDS because my temps skyrocket when I take thelid off. MMight have to try it again tho...
