Default Chicken fajitas with a side of earthquake

Friday night dinner started with some refreshments.

Later in the night we decided to start cooking. Chicken thighs seasoned with webers kickin chicken.

Took the sear grate out and put in the wok and worked on jalapeño first

Then onions and bell pepper mix got in the wok.

I added the chicken and then it looked like this.

Here they are stuffed in a pita bread.

Then decided to add some habanero red hot sauce

Then the earthquake hits. A small one 5.3 that rumbled the house hard then shook it hard. At first I assumed it was me after a " few" adult beverages but when I heard the dishes and other items in the house rattle it knew it was an earthquake.

Here's a quick Instagram video of the cook. 15 seconds.

Thanks for stoping by.

Real good looking food. On the upside, with the earthquake, ya didn't have to shake the ashes from the coals.

Could have been gas instead of the earthquake? Good chow Tony.
