Default Tonight's Dinner

So tonight's dinner was a pizza with homemade crust and sauce, hot and sweet Italian sausage, pepperoni, bell pepper and cheese:

Looks great on the top, crust was burnt on the bottom. Lesson learned is to not put the pizza stone directly on the platesetter, but use the rack instead.

I appreciate the feedback, but I take it none of you guys read the text below the photo stating that the crust burned on the bottom? Lesson learned is to not put the pizza stone directly on the PS.

that does look good Get some half inch nuts and use them as spacers between the place setter and the pizza stone That will allow air flow and help to prevent burning

Looks real good. Scrape the bottom, and you are in business.
