Now that is one good looking piece of pork loin. The shot of the whole loin on the grill looks like you really nailed it. Quite an appetizing looking cook. Congrats!

That looks outstanding and a great way to impress dinner guests. Sometime when you get a moment, some pics a review thread on that Smoke Daddy would be cool. I don't recall seeing many here but they do look solidly built and have a good reputation locally (I'm just down the road in between Gainesville and Ocala).
