My entry into the Loin Thowdown. Wife showed up with acouple of good looking loins so here they are:
Some light K-salt with some Simply Marvelous Peppered Cow rub:
On the grill High Heat:
The Loins are resting after some high heat:
What sides for this dish? Well when you have leftover Chinese take out, Why not?
