I Love "Big Ugly" keeping temps around 240-260* Started 17* in SE WI

After 4 hrs in looking good



All done it turned out really good. The taste was a little different than a butt but I thought it was good.

I prefer the picnic shoulder to the standard BB. The meat seems sweeter to me? Either way great looking cook, your pp looks farkin delicious!
