Can't think of any more rib questions besides whether if you cook them on their sides/vertical or lay them on the rack.

No option for both. I usually do 4 racks at a time. Sauce two and leave two naked. I like both.

Voted no 'cause I usually don't, but I occasionally experiment with a glaze, usually an asian hot-n-spicey one on baby backs.

I do both fairly evenly at home. I know that isn't what you were looking for . I like them both ways.
