Default Smoked Lasagna

Nothing fancy, built a pan of lasagna, smoked it in the Memphis Pro with a hunk of bread. :)
I do like the way lasagna takes on the smoke though.











I have enough for a midnight snack but am too sleepy to give it a try. :)

That looks tasty! Love the last photo: the angle, colors (red, white & green) and how you garnished it. The lighting looks good too.

I've never had smoked lasagna before. I need to try this.

That looks delicious. No ricotta? If not, even better. that is the one thing about lasagna that I am not a fan of. I prefer mozzarella lasagna.
