Default Today Is The Day. Like it or not.....(30 degrees)

Today is the day for my turkey cook. The weather is not working with me. It snowed last night and now we have wind and freezing rain. It was 27 degrees F when the bird went on, now it's a cozy 30 degrees. It's been a struggle to get to my cooking temp of 325, but with the help of my garbage cans and a sheet of plywood I'm now there. The turkey is almost 22lbs and I'm using some apple wood for smoke. So far so good, I'll let you know how it turns out.

I was thinking of smoking outside today, then I took the trash out and changed my mind, its around -3 with a light wind.
