Default Worst appetizer? Or no secret sauce please?

I saw this review on a popular site and was thinking this guy may be cooking good stuff..... until I saw the dipping sauce.

Well, the jalapeno sounds good, skip the salmon cream cheese and the dipping sauce.

The quote says guac cream sauce but I wonder if it was really more just like an avocado crema instead so much more subdued flavor and thinner viscosity nothing like guac. I could see where that would pass muster better and balance out the smokiness. And I've done ABTs with tiny salad shrimp in them. Salmon wouldn't be over-bearing. Really sort of like a lox and cream cheese bagel in an ABT instead. Avocado would be a complementary flavor to that IMO.

Yeah, an Avocado crema might work, but Guacamole would be too thick. I still like a little ranch with mine...
