Default Earliest BBQ Photographs

Thought it would be cool to create this thread for people to share some of the very earliest BBQ photographs.

Photographs of food, equipment, people, structures, etc..

E.g. I'd love to see the earliest photograph of a sliced brisket -- would love to see that smoke ring.

This one is credited as being from 1901 - the oldest I have found with a date assigned to it (so far)

As stated above boshizzle would be the man to go too for old pics or any history on bbq for that matter. If im not mistaken he has a blog with a lot of good info on the history of bbq. Haven't seen him on here in a long while hope all is well.
