Nice work and timing Jeanie.

We made lamb stew/soup a couple of days ago and it was wonderful!!
Had some incredibly tough lamb chops that we braised for "about ever" and it worked

Not cooked to the same level as the BBQ Goddess, but lamb is a pleasant change up from the normal beef or pork versions.

"Next time I will give it a try on a charcoal or woodburner to see how much difference there is."
Last time I made it, I used left over smoked lamb and I could taste it.

Thank you for the kind comments everyone. The stew came out pretty tasty but I will give it a go on the woodburner next time. :)
