Default Hey Landarc I Pulled the plug on a WFO today!

I just got off the phone with the distributor that I bought my Mobile Pizza Oven from. It seems that he has a house not far from me here in the south of France. Last week I sent him a request for quote on a new "Pavesi Forni" for my kitchen remodel. I caught him just in time as he was ordering one for his house as well. He placed the order for both ovens this afternoon and they will both ship to my house and I will deliver his to him next month. Pavesi is located in Naples, Italy and they are a premier fabricators specializing in the refractory cements they have been producing for over a hundred years. I have been missing my old oven so much. This one is by the same fabricator but its a little smaller. It will finish at 3'-0" diameter inside. But I am building it into my kitchen inside the house. I have cooked just about everything in my old oven and I am really lucky to have Pavesi nearby rather than across the globe. It cost me one tenth of what my last one did.
