Getting my mobile kitchen ready and just wondering what everyone uses to keep their whole butts warm after they pull them from the cooker? Do you use cambro? Or get a warmer cabnet?

depends on how many and lenght needed, sometimes you have to pull, chill, then re-heat for tomorow..

I used Cambro's until recently and now use a hot/proofer cabinet.

We've always used Cambros - No need for power and keep things plenty hot for the day (And HD too, lol).

I guess any warmer will work as Lon as it holds food at 140
