Talking Hello from Anaheim, California

I have done BBQ Ribs, Pulled Pork,Chicken, Pork Butt. Now I want to get into doing home cured/smoked Bacon.
I have worked in Professional Kitchens, and am Qualified to teach Food handling/safety classes.
I am a Gourmet.
I have a Weber Kettle, and a CookMaster from MasterBuilt. I love slaw on my Pulled Pork sandwiches. I also like cigars and try to have a couple each week.

I am a Retired Pastor injured in '07 and Disabled. The only thing that keeps the dark days of depression away is my Faith.

I look forward to learning a lot from my fellow BBQ Brethren.
