Talking Bürgermeisterstück

In honor of Oktoberfest, I decided to cook a traditional German meal on the Weber Performer.

Turns out Bürgermeisterstück is the German name for.........

Tri-tip

Seasoned with Trapani Sea Salt and fresh Ground Peppercorns (Red, White, Black & Green)

On the grill

45 minutes after putting it on, it is almost time for a direct sear

Reverse Sear

Resting

Sliced

The Bürgermeisterstück was awesome!
