Default Smoked IPA anyone?

Thought I'd have some smoked IPA beers with my chicken thighs tonight.... JK

Seemed like a good place to keep it from freezing in between sips. If some apple wood smoke would so happen to make it's way in then so be it!

If your beef freezes, you need to drink faster.

I did chicken thighs on my mini yesterday. Looked a lot like your setup, with the reflectix, but minus the ND logo... and the snow.

I just kept my beer in the house.

If you're drinking your beef, your cooking it wrong.
