I did it!!! 5hrs and 7 mins and it is probe tender. Wrapped in a towel and sitting on the counter until time to eat.


Stick around and I will have some pulled and plate shots coming later.

Well I didn't get any plate shots. Ain't gonna lie, was too lazy!!! It was some very fine pork though. Got a hint of a little sweetness from juice injection, will be doing that again.
