If you go with 60 people, depending on your serving size. We will go with the bigger one, 1/3lb servings. You will need 20 lbs of cooked meat or 40 lbs raw. 5 9lb butts is 45 lbs, so you should be good to go. Especially if you go with 1/4 lb servings.
