Greetings to all,

I am a new owner of an XL BGE. My wife of 25 yrs decided it would be a great anniversary gift. Boy, was she right. We have spent many friday nights chatting and dining with another couple. The girls drinking fine wine and talking about our college age kids--the guys hovering over a BGE, drinking the weekend's choice of brew, and covering topics from sports to politics and from scuba diving to solar systems.

Here hoping to learn from the experiences of others and to share some of my own as I embark on the journey of cooking on a Kamado style behemoth.

Welcome aboard Mxited, glad to have you as a fellow Brethren here.

I hope to see you in the Q-Talk forum soon. You'll find help on almost every topic from cooking your first Pork Butt to curing and smoking your own ham and bacon.

If you can't find the topic you need help with, or have questions about, just start a new thread in "Q-Talk". There are many people with years of experience that are willing to answer your questions and guide you in the right direction.
