Default Grilled Fresh Scottish Salmon on a Cedar Plank


Cedar Plank soaking Cheep Pinot Grigio for 5-hrs

Seasoned Salmon on buttered cedar plank seasoned with Dizzy Pig Raging River Rub and Chipotle Seasoning





Grilled @ 400* direct for 15-min.



Served with Sauteed Mushrooms, Cauliflower topped with Sharp Cheddar Cheese Sauce Jackie made, what a Tasty and wonderful meal.
