I say drop the lesser models and only carry the high end Juniors and Masters. The pricing is already competitive

I think you are always going to have the cheapskates who want to pay little or next to nothing just because it is their mindset. But then again they are the ones who whine all the time because they bought cheap and it doesn't do as much as the more expensive models.

Then you have the opposite extreme where others want the best of everything whether they want to use all the features or not.

I would suggest starting with the basics....

QMaster-Junior, single probe
QMaster-Senior, Double probes

then going to:
#7. QMaster-Senior, plus WIFI
#8. QMaster-Junior plus built-in rechargeable battery, with 4 probes plus WIFI

and somewhere in the middle maybe:
#5 QMaster-Junior plus built-in rechargeable battery, with 4 probes(#4), plus RF wireless remote control
#6. QMaster-Senior, plus RF wireless remote control

As far as the rechargeable battery, maybe this should be left as an option rather than a separate model. Just thinking out loud.

Indeed I can offer free battery box, which can hold 8 pieces of common AA battery.
Every cooking you need to buy new batteries
I can also make a POWER BANK, which can hold 4 pieces of Li-ion battery of type 18650.
Price of the charger and box is around $20.
You need to buy the li-lion battery 18650 locally.
It is not allowed to send battery from China by air linear for safety reason
When you cook off grid, you may forget bringing new battery, or you may forget recharging your battery, then it is useless.
With built-in Li-Ion battery, as long as your AC/DC adapter works, it powers the controller and recharges the battery at same time. The battery is always in full.
I am developing the Junior with built-in battery.
The prototype will be ready in 2 weeks.
I will wait a while to see feedback on built-in battery before I add built-in battery on other models

Also WIFI shall be able to replace RF wireless remote control.
But some may find difficulty to use WIFI
RF wireless remote control is as simple as plug and play

Battery 18650 is widely used in notebook. 4 pieces of 18650 will occupy quite a big space.
The size of Junior plus built-in battery is much bigger than the Junior itself

I wouldn't offer so many different units, two for Junior and two for Senior to keep it relatively simple.

I like number 8 the best because it will do the duty of three units, monitoring several pieces of meat and the pit temp while still maintaining temperatures and letting me monitor them through wifi.

For that particular unit I like these three names:

Junior/Senior Plus
Junior/Senior Deluxe
Junior/Senior Competition (My personal favorite)
