What I meant was I already have an Assassin. Now that you mention it, the way my brisket flat turned out yesterday I'll take the cook too. LOL.

I saw a similar table at Sams this past weekend. I think ti was a little cheaper. Cant remember for sure but I do like the set up. Im gonna steal your idea!

I bought this particular table due to the good reviews. It has beefy legs and I wanted a wire/open lower shelf to minimize dust/dirt buildup. I am sure they are all pretty much the same, but some of the comparable tables on Amazon did not have nearly as good of reviews.
