Default Friday Night Tips on the Mini/ Orange Bowl Tailgate

Might not be down in Florida for the Orange Bowl but it won't stop some tailgating in the snow.

Ribtips might not be the most glamorous cut in the world but dang they're good. I'll take these tips over ribs most any day of the week.

Coated them with a nice dose of Jerk rub.





Now for the beer...a little Ruthless





and for some extremely tasty tips! Thanks for lookin.

I love rib tips. Are you able to buy ribs tips separately or they from a previous spare rib cook?

You know how different butchers have different recipes on meat cuts...mine does lots of St Louis and tips. The flavor makes it worth fighting around some soft ribs.
