Absolutely stunning - Beautiful part of the world.
Your whole set up sounds amazing. I hope to get to meet you at one of the KCBS Comps and at some point make it down to learn some BBQ skills from you!

Jed, I admire your courage and sense of adventure. I've been to Europe (when I was a kid) , but I don't speak any other language than bad english, so I would feel like a fish out of water. Tomorrows forecast is calling for 12 more inches of snow . Might be a good day to start learning French or Italian... Good luck to you sir!

I hear that Mike. If my wife didn't speak French I would never have made this adventure a reality. 73 degrees here today and smoking on the Shirley built offset.
